Eligibility for Returns: All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@wishboneinc.ca. You may be required to fill out a return request form and provide proof of purchase.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
